NON-SAFETY CAMPAIGN: WATSON & CHALIN LIFT AXLE FRAME BRACKETS WITH SLOTTED LOWER MOUNTING HOLES MAY EXHIBIT CRACKING WHEN FASTENERS ARE POSITIONED AT THE UPPER PORTION OF THE SLOT. INSTALLING A DOUBLER PLATE MAY PREVENT CRACKS FROM DEVELOPING. FOR VEHICLES WHERE CRACKING IS EVIDENT, A NEW UPDATED SIDE PLATE WILL BE INSTALLED.
