Bulletin Summary
Speaker and Amplifier This TechTip applies to only 2015MY Charger (LD) and 300 (LX) equipped with Harman Kardon Audio Group (sales code AY1). It is possible that the 3.5" speakers sound distorted or blown and bass is severely lacking, even at high volume. Engineering is aware of this issue and a corrective action release is scheduled for end of April 2015. Replacing the speakers or amplifier will not correct the issue. Do not replace a component until after the corrective action is available and the reflash is attempted. If additional assistance is required, then contact Darren Passalacqu at 248-512-6705.
