13-014 An audible seat squeak may occur from the driver seat and/or single occupant passenger seat while driving over rough roads. This audible squeak may be occurring because of contact between the seat back frame and the seat base assembly at the seat pivot area. This technical service bulletin discusses installing a washer between the seat back frame and seat base assembly to increase the gap of these components. This added gap will eliminate the contact point and audible squeak
