WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED. THEY WILL SHUT OFF DURING RAIN STORM AND NOT COME BACK ON,HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY 1994 CADILLAC AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY SATISFACTION FROM ANYONE CONCERNING THE PROBLEM , GUESS I'M NOT SUPPOSE TO DRIVE WHEN ITS RAINING.*AK
