Consumer Description

Rear window spontaneous shattered. While parked at work I have called and spoke to dealership who has stated this isnt thw first time somone has called about window but they do not have a warranty or recall available for windows. My car now has to sit in the weather.(snowing) with a bag over broken window for 3 days until it can be fixed. Then will need to go in for a detailing because glass in in my kids carseat, and all over the car from it breaking. Will cost me 450$ to replace window to clean all the glass out of my car im estimated my local retailer 250$
