The contact owns a 2020 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds and depressing the accelerator pedal, the vehicle hesitated, and the transmission shifted hard to the next gear. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent at first but was gradually becoming a recurring failure.
