The contact owns a 2022 Honda Insight. The contact stated that upon entering the vehicle, the contact noticed that the rear glass had shattered, but remained together. The contact stated that there was no visible impact on the glass. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The dealer was contacted through voicemail. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,400.
