Consumer Description

The infotainment system randomly goes crazy - as if a ghost is touching the screen. This causes navigation to sudden stop, phone calls to randomly be made, the music to turn on and off, all sorts of other odd things. It can be highly distracting and even dangerous when it impacts navigation. This happens randomly and frequently and has been going on for about 6-7 months.
