Consumer Description

Engine due to coolant intrusion to cylinders. Car hesitates to go, stalls out, hard to start TSB was released for this issue. The car is at a Ford dealer and now needs a full engine replacement The engine light came on at 102000 miles issues started at 56000 reported to the dealer but never fixed 2 ford dealers didn't follow TSB issues 19-2375 to do repairs while under warranty. Now over 100000, they want me to pay for repair after it has been reported to them for the last 50000 miles, and a TSB released matches the issues I reported
