The contact stated that there was white smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that the failure had been reoccurring. The vehicle was towed to an unknown local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that coolant had intruded into the cylinders, and the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The contact related the failure to Ford Technical Service Bulletin Number: 19-2139. The failure mileage was approximately 73,000.
