Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2022 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while attempting to accelerate from a stationary position, the vehicle stalled and shut off. After restarting the vehicle, the vehicle operated normally. The failure occurred on several occasions and the vehicle was taken to the local dealer who was unable to duplicate the failure or determined the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 5,000.
