Consumer Description
Coolant intrusion issue which is known to occur in this specific engine which is shared across many of Ford's automobiles. Customer Satisfaction Program 21N12 and 19B37 My car is just outside of the program guidelines- however it was in the dealership prior to it exceeding the program guidelines and I was never informed of the issue.
