The contact stated that the manufacturer was notified and offered to repurchase the vehicle; however, the repurchasing offer was less than the market value. The contact stated that the manufacturer failed to honor the recall obligations. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that the vehicle was undrivable. The failure mileage was approximately 143,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
