ENGINE IS THROWING A PO302 CODE, CYLINDER #2 HAS LOW COMPRESSION, EXHAUST VALVE GUIDE HAS LOOSE TOLERANCE FROM MANUFACTUER, DODGE WON'T STAND BEHIND REPAIR DUE TO 2ND OWNWERSHIP, DODGE KNOWES THIS IS A DESIGN FLAW AND NEEDS TO COVER THE REPAIR COST. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT SOME STATES HAVE CLASS ACTION LAW SUITS FILED, I AM UNABLE TO DRIVE OR SELL THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE OF THE ENGINE CODE AND REPAIR WILL COST +$3000
