Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start. The contact was able to jumpstart the vehicle; however, the failure had been reoccurring. The contact stated that the failure persisted moments after jumpstarting the vehicle. The contact stated that the battery was replaced with the assistance of her cousin; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle had to be towed several times due to the failure. The anti-theft warning light was illuminated. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
