Consumer Description
I purchased a 2013 Tesla Model S P85+ in March of 2022 and by April of 2022 the rear left tire separated at the corner of the side wall ( side facing underneath the vehicle). By July of 2022, I had another incident with the same problem. After repairing that problem, it happened again the following week. I took it for repair and two days later, it happened again. I have come to learn from other Tesla owners that the vehicle is heavy and that the tires can not adequately support the tires which is leading to this defect. It is a safety issue to have tires blowing out on the highway when one is traveling at higher speeds.
