Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2013 Ford Escape. The contact stated while driving on a local street, the vehicle overheating warning light illuminated. The contact merged to the side of the roadway and discovered that the vehicle was leaking coolant fluid. The contact added more coolant fluid and was able to drive home safely. A dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
