Consumer Description
BRAKE PEDDLE WENT TO THE BOTTOM. THERE WAS NO BRAKING AT ALL. BRAKES DID NOT WORK ON 2/12/21. PUMPED IT A NUMBER OF TIMES, BUT STILL NO BRAKES.
