TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE START/STOP FEATURE FAILED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN OPERATION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP, THE ENGINE STALLED. NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUTONATION CHEVROLET GREENACRES SERVICE CENTER (5757 LAKE WORTH RD SUITE A, GREENACRES, FL 33463) AND GRIECO CHEVROLET OF DELRAY BEACH (2605 S FEDERAL HWY, DELRAY BEACH, FL 33483) AND WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,100.
