Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 TESLA MODEL X. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BACK WAS FRACTURED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SEAT BACK FAILED TO REMAIN IN AN UPRIGHT POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TESLA SERVICE CENTER LOCATED AT 5600 KEARNY MESA RD, SAN DIEGO, CA 92111, (858) 285-3905, WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NEEDING THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BY EMAIL ABOUT OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 56,000.*DT*JB
