TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DAVID TAYLOR LA PORTE FORD LINCOLN LOCATED AT 1522 E LINCOLN WAY, LA PORTE, IN 46350; 219-362-2102, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED OF A COOLANT LEAK. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT AN UNKNOWN PART NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,801.
