TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY SHIFTED FROM DRIVE TO NEUTRAL. ADDITIONALLY, THE VEHICLE ALSO FAILED TO SHIFT INTO REVERSE. THE CHECK ENGINE AND FUEL WARNING LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO WESTGATE CHRYSLER DODGE RAM (6421 OLD WESTGATE RD, RALEIGH, NC 27617, (919) 263-3062) BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,000.
