Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CADILLAC SRX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT VEHICLE HEADLIGHTS LOW BEAM WAS INADEQUATE FOR SAFE VEHICLE OPERATION. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO SEE THE HEADLIGHT LOW BEAM AS PROJECTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PIONEER CHEVROLET 1315 PIKE STREET, MARIETTA, OHIO 45750 PHONE (740)-236-4928, FOR INSPECTION. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED NOR INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 31,000.
