2018 HONDA ACCORD. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO INOPERABLE PASSENGER SIDE EXTERIOR MIRROR. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE DEALER ADVISED THE VEHICLE'S MALFUNCTION WAS NORMAL AND WAS OPERATING AS DESIGNED. THERE WAS NO WAY TO READJUST THE MIRROR. *JS
