TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD EDGE. WHILE THE CONTACT'S WIFE WAS DRIVING, THE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED WITHOUT WARNING OR AN IMPACT OCCURRING. THE CONTACT CALLED HAWK FORD (2525 E MAIN ST, ST CHARLES, IL 60174, (630) 584-1800) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 77,000.
