ALL 4 OF THE WHEELS SEEM TO BE LEAKING AROUND SOME OF THE SPOKES AND IT LOOKS LIKE GLUE. I AM WONDERING IF IT IS SAFE TO LET THAT GO ON, BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO ME LIKE SOME OF THEM ARE GLUED IN.
