MY BACKSEAT IS STUCK DOWN DUE TO MY MIDDLE SEATBELT BEING LOCKED AND I CANNOT GET IT TO COME BACK UP. THE SEATBELT IS WAY TO TIGHT THAT THERE IS NOT WAY FOR ME TO PULL IT BACK UP.
