Consumer Description

I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE 2 IGNITION COILS IN LESS THAN A YEAR. #1&#4. WAS TOLD BY WARRENTY CO THAT THERE IS ALSO A TSB (TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN) FROM BMW RECOGNIZING A PROBLEM WITH THE BRAND OF COILS (BOSCH) THAT WERE INSTALLED FROM THE FACTORY, & THEY WANT SHOPS TO REPLACE THEM WITH AN UPGRADED BRAND (DELPHI). THERE IS OBVIOUSLY A PROBLEM WITH THESE IGNITION COILS. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR CHANGING THEM OUT?
