THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR LATCH DOES NOT LOCK AND IT DOESN'T RESPOND TO THE KEY FOB OR INTERIOR SWITCH. THIS CONDITION STATE DOES NOT CHANGE IF THE VEHICLE IS MOBILE OR STATIONARY.
