TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT WEBBING UNRAVELED FROM INSIDE THE HOUSING WHERE THE SEAT BELT RETRACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HENDRICK CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM DULUTH (LOCATED AT 2473 PLEASANT HILL RD, DULUTH, GA 30096, (678) 369-6704) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE SEAT BELT SEEMED DELIBERATELY CUT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,502.
