TRUCK PERFORMANCE FOLLOWING FCA V08 EMISSIONS RECALL DRAMATICALLY AFFECTED. TRUCK POSES EXTREME RISK TO OPERATORS AND SURROUNDING MOTORISTS DURING COLD & WARMUP CYCLES. SUBSTANTIAL POWER LOSS DURING THIS TIME MAKING MERGING INTO TRAFFIC/ACCELERATING AT A NORMAL PACE DANGEROUS UNTIL TRUCK REACHES FULL OPERATING TEMPERATURE. LEAD TIME REQUIRED TO MERGE IS IS EXTREME WHEN ENGINE TEMPERATURE COLD. EXPONENTIALLY AFFECTED WHEN TRAILERING DURING THIS PERIOD AS WELL. TRUCK FEELS LIKE TAKING OFF FROM A STOP IN 5TH GEAR.
