ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FAILURE RENDERED VEHICLE SPEED AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS INOPERABLE. THERE IS NO BACKUP ANALOG CLUSTER IN THIS VEHICLE, SO THERE WAS NO WAY TO DETERMINE VEHICLE SPEED.
