Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE ENGINE COMPLETELY SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GREENWAY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF FLORENCE (2354 FLORENCE BLVD, FLORENCE, AL 35630, (256) 766-7324) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A NEW THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR WAS NEEDED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE REPAIR TO BE COMPLETED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
