LIFTGATE OPERATES INTERMITTENTLY. IT WILL GET TO THE POINT IF IT OPENS THEN IT WILL NOT CLOSE AND LATCH. THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY IN PARK DIDN'T MATTER IF THE ENGINE WAS ON OR OFF.
