TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 NISSAN MURANO. WHEN THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO BRAKE AND DEPRESS THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE VEHICLE WOULD REMAIN STATIONARY FOR THREE SECONDS. THEN, WITHOUT WARNING, THE VEHICLE WOULD SURGE FORWARD WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED FREQUENTLY AND THE VEHICLE NEARLY CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE ON ONE OCCASION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
