Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET CAPTIVIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY WAS UNABLE TO EJECT FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH. THE CONTACT HAD TO PARK THE VEHICLE, ENGAGE THE BRAKE, AND TURN THE STEERING WHEEL TO REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
