Consumer Description

I NOTICED WATER/DAMPNESS ON TWO LOCATIONS OF MY 2014 CHEVROLET IMPALA (WHILE IT IS STATIONARY) 1. FLOOR CARPET ON PASSENGER SIDE FRONT SEAT IS THOROUGHLY WET (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS), WITH THE DAMPNESS EXTENDING TO THE REAR SEATS. 2.INSIDE THE TRUNK IN AREA BEHIND THE REAR WHEEL. TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY ADVISED I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR DIAGNOSIS AS WELL AS REPAIR. THIS IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT THAT MAY HAVE RESULTED IN DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR CARPET, STRUCTURAL PANELS - FLOOR (POSSIBLE RUST). GM CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR THE DEALERSHIP IS WILLING TO ABSORB THE COST AND EXPECTS MY (CONSUMER TO PAY)
