Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES AT 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO TASCA FORD SEEKONK (200 FALL RIVER AVE, SEEKONK, MA 02771, (800)-737-0435) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP SYSTEM FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28,000.
