Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO KNOEPFLER CHEVROLET (100 JACKSON ST, SIOUX CITY, IA 51101, (866) 520-9856) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE 35R PLATE FRACTURED. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENTIRE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,500. *TT CONSUMER STATED VEHICLE WAS FIXED.*JB
