Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE JERKED WHILE DRIVING ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE DURING THE FAILURE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ROMEO FORD OF KINGSTON (128 NY-28, KINGSTON, NY 12401, (845) 251-4077) WHERE A NEW CLUTCH WAS INSTALLED. THE FAILURE CONTINUED AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED DESCRIPTION IS WRONG, SHE NEVER LOST CONTROL. CONSUMER CANNOT CONTROL HEAT AND PASSENGER SIDE AXLE IS RUSTED.*JB
