Consumer Description

THIS 2005 TRUCK WAS KEPT IN A GARAGE FOR THE LAST 13 YEARS, ONLY HAS 50,000 MILES ON IT AND THE FRAME IS COMPLETELY ROTTED AND RUSTED. HAD THIS TRUCK INSPECTED THIS WEEK AND WAS TOLD IT NEEDS A NEW FRAME TO PASS INSPECTION. THE REST OF THE TRUCK IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT THIS FRAME HAS ROTTED AWAY WHEN NOT EXPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS AND KEPT IN VERY GOOD CONDITION MY MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH FORD RANGERS. SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE BY FORD ABOUT THIS DEFECT LIKE TOYOTA DID... PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. I AM VERY UPSET THAT I CAN NO LONGER DRIVE MY TRUCK. I LIVE ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND CAN NOT AFFORD A NEW VEHICLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
