Consumer Description

ON 9-4-18 TOOK MY RAM 2500 IN TO THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP IN LOWELL, MICHIGAN FOR THE RECALL R46/NHTSA 15V-541. THEY INDICATED THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS TO DO THE RECALL AND WOULD CALL WHEN THEY WERE AVAILABLE. I CHECKED WITH THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN ON 10-4-18 AND THEY SAID PARTS ARE STILL NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD BE AVAILABLE.
