Consumer Description

TAKATA RECALL, MY CHRYSLER 200 2015 IS HAVING ISSUES WHERE IT SEEMS LIKE IT'S STUCK IN NEUTRAL AND DOESN'T WANT TO ACCELERATE. MY CAR STARTED RUMBLING PRETTY INTENSELY I DON'T EVEN HAVE 80,000 MILES ON MY CAR AND IT SAYS MY VIN NUMBER DOESN'T MATCH ANY RECALLS BUT EVERYTHING I'VE LOOKED UP IT SOUNDS THE SAME RECALL THE OTHER CHRYSLER 200 2015 CARS HAD AS WELL. HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING THIS FIXED?? I WAS ON THE FREEWAY AND IT HAPPENED RANDOMLY WHEN I WENT TO SWITCH LANES.
