TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 INFINITI QX56. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE AND DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, A SQUEALING AND CLAPPING TYPE NOISE WAS HEARD FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER (COULTER INFINITI, 6225 EAST TEST DR., MESA, AZ 85206) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIMING CHAIN WAS FAULTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,000.
