Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO MANEUVER THE VEHICLE, AN ABNORMAL NOISE WAS HEARD. THE VEHICLE WAS PUSHED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND FAILED TO RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO TYLER AUTO FINANCE (206 S PALACE AVE, TYLER, TX 75702, (903) 593-7930) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEAD GASKET NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
