Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING HOME ON A STREET MY SUNROOF EXPLODED. SOUNDED LIKE A BOMB. WE IMMEDIATELY PULLED OVER AND CHECKED. NO IMPACT SEEN. A FEW DAYS LATER TOOK TO OUR LOCAL LINCOLN DEALERSHIP. THEY CLAIMED MAYBE A POSSIBLE IMPACT SEEN AND CAR NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY FOR GLASS. HAD TO PAY MY $500 DEDUCTIBLE AND HAVE IT FIXED. THERE WAS NO IMPACT. NO ONE AROUND US. WENT UNDER NO BRIDGES. LINCOLN NEEDS TO STEP UP AND FIGURE OUT WHAT IS GOING ON.
