TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 ACURA RDX. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY, STALLED, AND VARIOUS WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (CURRY ACURA, 685 CENTRAL PARK AVE, SCARSDALE, NY 10583) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SPOOL VALVE FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,592. **TR CONSUMER STATED THIRD ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE CAR.
