Consumer Description

MY CAR IS NOT ABLE TO DRIVE IN REVERSE. IT IS NOT ABLE TO GO OVER 40 MILES PER HOUR. IT DOES A JERKING WHILE CHANGING GEARS. IT ALSO DO THIS WHILE IN PARK WITH KEY IN AND WITH KEY OUT. IT IS CURRENTLY AT FORD FOR REPAIRS AND THEY ARE STATING IT DOES NOT HAVE A RECALL ON THIS MODEL. I CALLED YESTERDAY AND EMAILED TO EXPLAINED THE ISSUE AND THEY STATED IT WAS ON THE LIST. NOW THEY ARE STATING IT IS OVER $2000 TO FIX.
