Consumer Description

I BROUGHT THE JEEP NEW IN 2016 AND NOW IT HAS SHUT OFF ON ME WHILE DRIVING IN TRAFFIC WITH NO POWER. THIS IS SCARY. WHILE DRIVING, I GET WARNING TONES EMITTED FROM THE VEHICLE WITH NO MESSAGE DISPLAYED. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME 3 TIMES SO FAR AND I'M AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE NOW ALWAYS THINKING IT WILL SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING. I CONTACTED JEEP TODAY (6/3/18) AND THEY SAID THEY HAVEN'T HEARD OF THE ISSUE. I SEARCHED ONLINE AND FOUND NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE. I NEED THIS SITUATION TO BE DOCUMENTED IN THE EVENT SOMETHING CATASTROPHIC HAPPENS TO ME WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE. I FEEL A LOT OF ANXIETY ALWAYS FEELING THE CAR WILL SHUT OFF IN TRAFFIC AND GET REAR ENDED. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS SITUATION.
