Consumer Description

PROBLEM WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WHERE THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CAR WILL BLOW COLD AIR AND THE DRIVERS SIDE WILL BLOW WARM AIR DESPITE THIS BEING A SINGLE ZONE A/C SYSTEM. THIS ISSUE STARTED AFTER HEAVY ACCELERATION GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY WHEN I SAW SMOKE BILLOW FROM THE CENTER A/C VENTS. I PULLED THE CAR OVER AND LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD, BUT FOUND NOTHING BURNING. IT WAS LATER THAT DAY WHEN I NOTICED THE ISSUE OF THE PASSENGER SIDE COOLING AND THE DRIVERS SIDE NOT. AFTER MUCH READING, THIS IS A WIDE SPREAD ISSUE AFFECTING MULTIPLE MODEL YEARS.
